Privacy

Craftline is operated by Rob Nelli, sole proprietor, in New Jersey, USA. This page describes what the service collects, why, and who else touches it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

• Your account. Name and email address, handled by our login provider so that we never store your password.
• Your business website address, which you give us, and the profile we derive from reading it — what you do, who you serve, how you sound.
• Anything you tell us directly when you answer a question the website could not.
• The posts we draft for you, the images we make for them, and your decisions on each — approved, edited, rejected, marked as posted.
• Email addresses you enter to invite a colleague, kept until the invitation is accepted or expires.
• A record of actions taken in your account, so that you can see who changed what.

What we do not collect

• We do not store the text of your website. We read it, derive your profile, and keep the profile. The raw page is not retained.
• We do not hold payment details. There is no checkout in the product; billing is arranged directly with a person.
• We do not read your customers' data. Craftline never connects to your booking system, point of sale, or customer list.
• We do not sell anything to anyone, and we do not run advertising.

Who else touches it

Running the service means a small number of companies process data on our behalf. Each is bound by its own agreement with us:

• Clerk — accounts and sign-in.
• Neon — the database your profile and posts live in.
• Vercel — hosting and server logs.
• Anthropic — reads your website text and profile to draft posts.
• Google — generates images, when an image is generated rather than designed.

Text from your site and profile is sent to the model providers above in order to write your posts. That is the service working as intended, and it is the main thing worth knowing before you paste a URL.

Connected social accounts

If you connect a social profile, we store the access token needed to post on your behalf and nothing more — we do not read your private messages, follower lists, or any content you have not asked us to publish. You can disconnect at any time, which revokes our access.

How long we keep it

• Your profile and posts: for as long as your account is open.
• After you close your account: deleted within 30 days, apart from anything we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
• Invitations that are never accepted: 14 days, then removed.
• Server logs: kept briefly by our hosting provider for security and debugging.

Asking us for your data, or for its deletion

Email rob@edgery.ai and ask. We will send you what we hold, or delete it, within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason, and asking will not affect anything else about your account.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our database and hosting providers. Access to the production database is limited to the operator. We will tell affected customers promptly if we ever learn of a breach involving their data — plainly, and without waiting to have a comfortable explanation ready.

Children

Craftline is a tool for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we do with your data, we will email you before it takes effect rather than quietly updating the date at the top.
